JAGR 2026 Conference Registration

This registration page is for fee-paying presenters.

Please register by May 31 to confirm your participation in this year’s conference.

STEP 2. Please consider becoming a lifetime member of JAGR. Members are entitled to a 15% discount on conference fees in perpetuity. Please note:

• If you register as a member, please do not continue to step 3. Within 24 hours we will send you link to a separate JAGR members payment page.

• If you decide not to become a member, please continue to step 3.

STEP 3. For those who do not wish to become a JAGR member, please choose your registration option below. Please note:

• The conference dinner will be held in a traditional Kyoto restaurant. Vegetarian options are available but vegan/halal options are not. If you are unsure whether the food will be suitable, please choose the ‘Conference Only’ option. Feel free to email us and we can make further enquiries. If it turns out that the food will be acceptable you can always make the payment for the conference dinner at a later date.

• We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Japan is notoriously inflexible when it comes to accommodating dietary requirements.
