JAGR 2026 Conference Registration
This registration page is for non fee-paying student presenters.
Please register by May 31 to confirm your participation in this year’s conference.
STEP 1. Please fill out the following form:
Thank you for registering for the conference. The following items are optional.
STEP 2. Please consider becoming a lifetime member of JAGR at a special 50% student rate. Members are entitled to a 15% discount on conference fees in perpetuity.
STEP 3. If you would like us to provide you with lunch on both days of the conference, please register here. In the event that we are unable to cater to your dietary restrictions we will provide a full refund in cash on the morning of Saturday 19.
STEP 4. If you would like to attend the Conference Dinner on Saturday evening, please register here. Please note:
The conference dinner will be held in a traditional Kyoto restaurant. Vegetarian options are available but vegan/halal options are not. If you are unsure whether the food will be suitable, please choose the ‘Conference Only’ option. Feel free to email us and we can make further enquiries. If it turns out that the food will be acceptable you can always make the payment for the conference dinner at a later date.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Japan is notoriously inflexible when it comes to accommodating dietary requirements.
